Each session is 2 hours long.

You only need to bring yourself. The sessions can be done in person or online. For both you will be asked to complete a client questionnaire but aside from that, nothing else is needed for the session.

Each person is different. It depends on how long you have been experiencing this condition/addiction/behaviour. We recommend booking one session initially and then if needed we can book further sessions if required.

Some people feel very tired after releasing a lot, others feel really energised as they are not preoccupied with a lot of heavy thoughts/memories/experiences. Each person is different but ultimately you will feel a shift in your perception and mood.

We recommend after your session to drink lots of water and to do whatever feels right for you. This may be to have a rest or a sleep. For others it may be to have a walk in nature. Do what feels right for you.

Tapping sessions are safe for everyone.

The boutique retreat is for just one person and the retreat is tailored completely for that person.
The Group retreat is a retreat for up to 5 people. Again the retreat experience is created around the needs of the individuals to help maximise the experience.
